Das weltberühmte Foto, das nach eigener Aussage O’Neills seine beste Arbeit sei, zeigt eine müde und fast verstörte Faye im Jahr 1977 am Pool des Beverly Hills Hotels, am Morgen nach der Oscar-Verleihung. Auf dem Couchtisch, versteckt unter einem Haufen Zeitungen, steht die berühmte Statuette.
