Je dreiflammig, in hoher kunsthandwerklicher Qualität, im Stil Louis XVI. Dreiteiliger Aufbau in Form je einer Henkelvase in weißem Marmor auf kannelierter Säulentrommel und quadratischer Bronzebasis. Aus der Vase erheben sich Blumengebinde, zusammengestellt aus Lilien, Nelken und Rosen. Die Blüten, Blätter und Knospen in vergoldeter Bronze, der mittige Stängel höherziehend. Die Kerzentüllen in Blütenform. Rundfuß, Henkel und Festons an den Vasenkörpern ebenfalls in Bronze, vergoldet.
Eugène Hazart trat 1839 in die „Réunion des Fabricants de Bronze“ ein. Bekannt seit 1843 durch seine Arbeiten, vor allem ab 1884 mit der Fa. Gebr. Pannier, die seine Werke im Palais-Royal in Paris ausstellte und ihn über Jahrzehnte auch in den „Expositions des Produits de l‘Industrie“ vertreten hat.
