Unter einem grünen Velum liegt eine absteigende Diagonale beschreibend die unbekleidete Venus mit dezentem Schmuck, ihre Scham mit blauem Tuch bedeckend. Links vor ihr der geflügelte Amor sich ihr zuwendend. Von rechts nähert sich der Gott Zeus in Gestalt eines Satyrs, der in der römischen Mythologie Jupiter genannt wurde. Rechts im Hintergrund ein kannelierter Säulenstumpf.
Die Entstehung des Gemäldes ist für 1570/80 anzunehmen. (1401783) (13)
