Ganzkörperportrait einer jungen Dame in weißem Spitzenkleid mit im Schoß zusammengelegten Händen leicht nach rechts gedreht und dezenter Kropfkette vor textilem Fond.
Portrait- und Genremaler der Französischen Schule, Schüler von Drolling (1789-1851), Archille Jean-Baptiste und François Edouard Picot (1786-1868). Saintin debütierte 1848 im Pariser Salon, erhielt 1866/ 70 und 1886 Medaillen-Auszeichnungen und wurde in die Ehrenlegion aufgenommen. (1401536) (13)
