Als halbfigurige Sitzfigur gestaltetes Portrait eines Mannes mittleren Alters mit aufwändig gewebtem Brokatumhang, dessen Rot und Gold mit der Gestaltung des Wappens korrespondiert. In seiner einen Hand ein Lilienstab (Gleve), in der anderen Hand ein geöffnetes Buch mit Auffschrift „STATVTA BON“. Seine Brust ziert eine dreireihige Goldkette. Links oben über der Inschrift ein behelmtes Wappen mit einer Handwaage die von einem Stern überfangen wird und vermutlich das nicht identifizierte Familienwappen des Dargestellten ist.
