In camaieubraun gehaltene alttestamentarische Szene mit hügeliger Landschaft mit in eingegliederten Tempelbauten nahe einem offenem Gewässers. Die Darstellung bezieht sich auf die Bibelstelle Ezechiel 37,1-14, die berichtet, dass Ezechiel (Gott möge kräftigen) die Herrlichkeit Gottes gesehen haben soll bzw. die Vision eines göttlichen Thronwagens hatte. Ezechiel war ein Priester, der mit der ersten Verbannung 597 v. Chr. nach Babylon deportiert wurde und dort von 593 bis um 571 gewirkt hat. (1400831) (13)
