Im Zentrum das große alte Gebäude mit dem Wasserrad und am Flussufer eine Wäscherin. Rechtsseitig unter einem hohen, bis in den hellblauen, fast wolkenlosen Himmel hineinragenden Baum ein sitzendes bäuerliches Liebespaar. Feine harmonische Malerei in der typischen Manier des Künstlers.
