Elegant geometric ring with one fine octagonal step-cut stone (porbably sapphire), ca. 3.4 ct, and two baguette-cut diamonds either side, totalling ca. 0.2 ct. French guarantee hallmarks. Gold and sapphire with obvious signs of wear. In original Cartier case.
